Ingredients
1kg Mince
45g Spicemans® Chargrill Burger Spice OR Monolitos® Burger Spice
175ml BBQ (Saucemans®)
Preparation
Place your 1 kilogram of mince in a bowl. Then add the burger spice (whichever you choose) and mix it all well so that all the spice is incorporated in the mince.
Weigh out 150 g of the mince and then shape them into a patty (you should get 6 patties and have a
little left over).
Heat the grill or flat top on medium heat and grill the patty for 3 minutes on each side. Make sure to baste each patty with 25 mL of the BBQ basting on both sides as you turn them.
