About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Beef patty


  • 20-25 mL (for basting) Easy Chef® BBQ


  • 25 mL Hickory Whipâ„¢


  • 1 Bread roll


  • 10-15 g whole lettuce leaves OR shredded Lettuce


  • 8 g (slices) Onion (red or white)


  • 20 g - (thinly sliced) slices Tomato


  • A pinch of each to season Salt and pepper


Preparation

Preparation method:

 

  • Make sure the tomato, onions and lettuce are all cut into desired cuts. Season tomato with salt and pepper. Leave aside until needed.


  • Cut the bread roll in half and toast both sides. (You can use a bit of butter or oil for the toasting).


  • Then grill the patty, and baste both sides with BBQ Easy Chef® while grilling.


  • Place the HickoryWhipâ„¢ on both sides of the burger buns.


  • On the top bun, place the tomato, onion, and lettuce. On the bottom, place the patty. Then assemble.


  • Serve.
