About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 Beef patty
20-25 mL (for basting) Easy Chef® BBQ
25 mL Hickory Whipâ„¢
1 Bread roll
10-15 g whole lettuce leaves OR shredded Lettuce
8 g (slices) Onion (red or white)
20 g - (thinly sliced) slices Tomato
A pinch of each to season Salt and pepper

Make sure the tomato, onions and lettuce are all cut into desired cuts. Season tomato with salt and pepper. Leave aside until needed.
Cut the bread roll in half and toast both sides. (You can use a bit of butter or oil for the toasting).
Then grill the patty, and baste both sides with BBQ Easy Chef® while grilling.
Place the HickoryWhipâ„¢ on both sides of the burger buns.
On the top bun, place the tomato, onion, and lettuce. On the bottom, place the patty. Then assemble.
Serve.
